Applications
The decomposition temperature of the high-temperature foaming agent series is higher than 200 °C, and the gas production is as high as 220 ml/g (standard temperature, atmospheric pressure). The main components of the gas generated by the decomposition are N2, CO2, and accompanied by a small amount of CO and NH3. The activator (foaming accelerator) can arbitrarily adjust the decomposition temperature between 150 and 200 ° C. Commonly used activators are zinc, cerium oxide and its salts, stearic acid and its salts. The particle size of the foaming agent is Uniform, stable foaming performance, excellent dispersion performance, especially suitable for product production under different production process conditions.
Packaging and storage
This series of foaming agents have excellent stability at room temperature and should be stored in a cool, dry place. Keep away from hot steam pipes and ignition sources and avoid direct sunlight.
Direct contact with acids and bases is strictly prohibited. It is recommended that handling and mixing areas be well ventilated to avoid dust inhalation, deep skin contact and ingestion.
